If you have a conflict in your Google Calendar but that time still shows as available in LibCal, be sure that the Google Calendar event is set to Busy and not Free (this happens often with All Day events, which default to Free).If you happen to be busy during one of your availability times, it will be marked as unavailable on your Appointments schedule, preventing an appointment from being scheduled during that time.LibCal checks against the next 6 months of free/busy times in Google Calendar.LibCal will then check those availability times against your Google Calendar to see if there are any conflicts. ![]() In order for LibCal to check your free/busy times, you must first add availability times to your Appointments.This helps prevent patrons from scheduling appointments with you whenever there's an event already on your calendar, such as a meeting or reference desk shift. You also have the option of having LibCal check your Google Calendar for your free and busy/unavailable times. If you use Google Calendar as your primary calendar app, this makes sure you're always on time for your next appointment. Syncing your Appointments schedule with your Google Calendar is an easy way to prevent double-booking yourself! Whenever someone books an appointment with you, or you add a new appointment yourself, that event will be added automatically to your Google Calendar.
